The pharmaceutical industry in the United States is currently facing an acute shortage of qualified pharmacists. This shortage is primarily a result of an aging population, a health care system that is increasingly reliant on pharmacotherapy, as well as the ever-expanding growth of retail chain drug stores. The pharmacist shortage is a situation that will only get worse as the national demand for prescription drug therapy continues to grow and the number of pharmacists graduating from US pharmacy schools remains constant. At RxImmigration our goal is to provide foreign educated pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with the opportunities to find fulfilling pharmacy careers in the United States, and to place qualified candidates in pharmacies throughout the country to help alleviate the shortage of employees that many companies are experiencing. We will provide employers and candidates with all of the information and resources necessary to successfully complete the immigration and recruiting processes. Our web-based tracking system is the first of its kind and is capable of completing the entire immigration process in much less time that traditional approaches. Our job board is loaded with open positions from all over the United States in some of the largest and most respected national drug chains and health care companies. Our experienced staff is dedicated to making the entire process easier and more efficient for both employers and foreign candidates.
