Service to US Employers:
- We will provide you with candidates who are qualified to work in the United States.
- We will manage the legalities of the immigration process for you, and file the requisite forms to Immigration and Naturalization Services, through our in-house legal department, and our outside immigration law firm.
- If you already work with an immigration law firm, we can customize the immigration software for you and that law firm.
- We can customize a private immigration site specifically for your company.

Time-Line:
At a minimum, the immigration process will take one year, and probably more. The process is dependent on several factors. Those include:
- Whether the candidate has written and passed any of the requisite exams for their particular visa.
- The NABP's review of the candidate's application to sit for the FPGEE exam.
- The candidate's ability to come to the United States to sit for the FPGEE exam.
- Filing the requisite documents with Immigration and Naturalization Services, and receiving approval to offer the employment to a foreign candidate.
- Matching the candidate with an available position/employer.
